Breathe, Bloom, Blossom teaches every person how to implement a set of parameters within the areas of sleep, nutrition, exercise, supplements water, and stress reduction, with an intention to empower each and every one how to make nutrition part of their life forever, regardless of life style. Rather than deprivation or restriction, Breathe Bloom Blossom teaches an individual how to balance lean protein, unrefined complex carbohydrates along with 'good' fats and through frequent meals allowing the body to release its' stored fat for energy.

The foundation of the system is blood sugar stabilization – internal balance – which is achieved by the understanding of how much protein, fat and carbohydrates an individual needs The application is set by a person's goals, current and past nutrition, exercise habits as well as life style. To achieve results, it's critical to understand how the body works physiologically in conjunction with a person's genetics and life choices. The goal of the program is to teach every individual a set of tools that will allow him or her to accomplish their goals and keeping the weight off permanently.

  • Level of stress

During each session, we look at your challenges and what's working. Your journal will facilitate your progress as I can analyze what you are eating, how often and what your meals consist of. Do you eat processed food or high quality food? Do you eat small or large meals? Are you craving sweets or salty products? We also look at how your body is working physiologically. Have you always been challenged with being overweight? What attempts have you tried previously to lose weight? Where they successful and if so for how long?

You require a unique training program. The core parameters of a training program are:

  • Flexibility
  • Core, balance & stabilization
  • Power & strength
  • Cardiovascular training

To create a result oriented training program it's critical to know a client's goals, past and present exercise routine, past or current injuries and/or challenges and how much time per session and per week is realistic for a person's life style. A training program also takes into account for how long the client has been working out to create a win-win setting. A client who is just starting out will have a different set of parameters in comparison to somebody who has been working out for a length of time. Adjustments are required every 2-4 weeks to enhance a client's goals.

To be fit for life is to understand what activity will maximize your results as well as taking your physique to the next level without adding in more time or days into your already hectic life style. It's critical to understand how your body functions physiologically so you can reap the benefits of the most effective workout routine. It's also important to have the correct guidance, support and motivation until you are securely standing on your own two feet.

Breathe Bloom Blossom will teach every individual correct technique, type and length of activity so you can move forward, feel great and live life!

  • To give you inner confidence, balance, and a sense of inner peace.

The core program; Breathe, Bloom, Blossom, gives you the stepping stones to achieve ultimate happiness and success in life. To find what your desires and goals are, it's critical to start simplify life and get to the core of what is really important to you. A great start would be to ask yourself; what lights you up? What makes you happy? How do you want your life to look like in five, ten and twenty years from now? Once we have established your core values, dreams, and goals, we can begin creating a roadmap. Your coach will guide you forward with your ultimate goal in mind and once obstacles, barriers, or limited believes show up, your coach will create a solution for you of how to overcome them.
